If you have received an email from the MEGA cloud service informing you that your account is locked, then you most likely can not browse your files on the Rainbow application (both iOS and Android devices).
This is because MEGA has locked your account, and the only way to unlock it is to follow the link in the email. Do not worry, is a minor thing. You need to go to MEGA’s site and enter a new password.
Nonetheless, this affects your MEGA account on the Rainbow application. Once you update your password, you need to go to the Rainbow application remove the previous account, and add it again.
